1: Flama d'Or Organic cava - Drinks like a much more expensive Cava, with a vivacious mouthfeel and persistent fruity finish of apple, pear and citrus.
1: Painted Wolf Chenin Blanc - This wine has a bright aroma and flavour of tropical fruit. Honeydew melon, guava and pineapple with an under lying savoury minerality plus a lick of wood and acidity to keep it vibrant. The Den wines are comfort wines, and this wine delivers just that.
1: Paolo Leao Appassimento Primitivo - This wine borrows the famous technique from Amarone of drying the grapes prior to fermentation. This gives a full bodied, rich, and powerful wine. The nose is complex with cherries, raspberries, and chocolate. The palate is dominated by dried fruit flavours and spice, although powerful it is skilfully kept well balanced.
1: Painted Wolf Pinotage - Medium to full bodied with a smorgasbord of red and black summer berries, savoury spice, milk chocolate and toasty wood flavours, leading to a bright crisp poised finish. Can be served slightly chilled for a different style of drinking.
1: Petit Bois lussac Saint Emilion - This wine has a rich, red fruit aroma that is bursting with cherries and wild berries it finishes with great length and concentration.
